We are committed to complying with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"). This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement and for users to submit counter-notifications when they believe their content has been wrongfully removed.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content posted on our websites or services infringes upon your copyrights, please submit a DMCA notice as described below.

  3. Your Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  6. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Please send your DMCA Infringement Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at:

We will promptly investigate valid notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a counter-notification under the DMCA. A counter-notification is a legal document that should be sent to our Designated Copyright Agent if you believe that the content removed or disabled from our website is not infringing, or that you have the authorization to post and use the content from the copyright owner, the copyright owner's agent, or pursuant to law.

To file a counter-notification, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

  • Identification of the Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Statement of Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which Thai Airways Expansion Asien may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Statement of Good Faith Belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Please send your DMCA Counter-Notification to our Designated Copyright Agent at:
